As long as I can remember, creativity has been my driving force. I grew up on a large sheep and cropping farm in Rural NSW and spent the majority of my childhood outside with my sisters letting my imagination run wild over thousands of acres of land. As a child, whenever I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up I'd always answer the same... "An Artist".
I studied a BA of Photography at Charles Sturt University and following the completion of this, I went on to complete a Masters in Photomedia. That same year, I won the Amateur section of the Sydney Morning Herald 'Shoot the chef' Photography competition. Since then I have won multiple other photography competitions including winning the Graingrowers Photography competition 2 years running and having my images on the cover of their 2020 and 2021 Calendars.
In 2010 I moved to Sydney, met my now husband and created a wonderful life here. I'm a Mum to two beautiful kids who are a great source of inspiration for me and my photography. They've also further cemented my passion for capturing family memories, as becoming a mum made me realise more than ever before just how precious they are. I love meeting new people and am passionate about capturing moments in time for people to treasure for generations. I'm also incredibly passionate about helping mums to be seen in photographs. Too often they spend their time behind the camera capturing photos of their kids that they forget to be in the photographs themselves. I'm here to help you capture these memories, not just for you, but for your children. And believe me, they want to look back on photos of their beautiful Mummas! Get in touch, I can't wait to meet you!
